NetShare work with PC?

So they put the program back up but I am not sure if I should buy considering I use a PC. I cant find anything on their website that states it will or wont!

Should be able to since you can easily setup an ad-hoc wireless network connection to the iPhone. So the steps for it would be similar to the ones posted here -
