I am having a real hard time finding what I think should be a simple, commonly used app (i could be wrong there).

I believe one or more computers on my network are eating up all the bandwidth. The network gets bogged down and unbearably slow. If I shut off the wireless (my computer is the only one that is wired), everything is fast again. I am just looking for an app that will keep a record of the traffic (packet count?) going to each IP on the network. A nice little graph would be handy too. I don't want to see the content of the packet, just which computers are hogging all the bandwidth.

Does this exist?

Thanks!
