Your question would be much better received if it were posted as a new topic in the Apple Wearables > AirPods forum, rather than as a reply to a five month old announcement of the existence of said forum.

Thank you for this forum. Currently on my second pair of AirPod Pro's with the issue of crackling and rattling when talking or listing to music/Movies. This really becoming a pain! Hopefully, the new pair coming (the 3rd one) will not have any issues.

You’re asking a question on a two year old thread announcing that there’s an entire forum devoted to questions - like yours - about AirPods. Try asking there.

I bought beats studio buds 1 day back love them but have 2 questions

why does they show warranty only upto 9th september ( they have 1 yr warranty )
how to manually get latest firmware update .. some say it will update automatically when connected to internet but they are not does so for me so how ?
