Wow. If they're real then the design isn't half bad at all. Though that extra height is not my thing personally. It looks like it's a good inch taller, you think?

It's amazing how a few millimeters shaved off the sides can make it look so thin next to the 4. Love how thin it is from back to front, though.

Looks modestly thinner than the 4, I think the additional height creates an illusion of a thinner figure, though. I like it...I think...I don't know. Apple's promo material will surely trigger my salivary glands, that's all I'm certain of.

Does it really justify buying a new phone just because of the longer screen?? If there is no NFC, limited LTE in most countries (if even available) and just a new chip/camera......why bother? This is the first iphone I will skip. I just had my 4S replaced yesterday at the genius bar (i dropped it and chipped it) for free, so I am holding onto this one for another year. iPad updates hold much more appeal for me now than iPhone..............any thoughts???

looks ok ... I like the base design on 4 and 4s; so evolve on that.

Grown in length is ok; but also kind of maximum. Width same is great. Still need to fit in shirt pocket.

two weeks to go ...:apple:

i dont understand why they couldnt increase the width to the size of the 3g/3gs.

The world was comfortable with that width and one handed use. Why not increase it to that width and the extra height. It would of been a 4.3 inch phone by doing that.

-----------4S ------------------------------------3GS---------------------

Height: 4.5 inches (115.2 mm)-----Height: 4.5 inches (115.2 mm)
Width: 2.31 inches (58.6 mm)------Width: 2.4 inches (62.1 mm)
Depth: 0.37 inch (9.3 mm)---------Depth: 0.48 inch (12.3 mm)
Weight: 4.8 ounces (137 grams)---Weight: 4.8 ounces (135 grams)

Wow. It's impressive that thin that is. People who have a 4/4S, look at the side of your phone and imagine the next iPhone is only as thick as the metal band. I have a feeling it's going to be that thin.

On the earlier leaked photos wasn't the camera lens on the back of the phone un proportional on the top piece of glass/plastic? On these pics it appears to be centered up?

I am curious to see what the white version looks like once it's released. After having black for three years I want to change it up with white. The current 4S looks beautiful in white I think, but this next one I am not too sure because of the two tone back.

Yes, something's not right. These images show a smaller lens on the rear camera than the 4, and smaller than other leaked (or fabricated) photos of the rumored rear case. Interesting.

I think there's a pretty good chance they bring something other than a bigger screen to set it apart and make people want it. The 4S would have been a really hard sell without Siri, and they sold more of those at launch than any other iPhone. I'm betting this will break that record AGAIN

Looks to be fake after taking this in consideration... Or at least this back cover is not the same as previous leaked covers. Also the camera seems to be allot smaller which makes it questionable too if you ask me!

Yeah it has to have a landmark feature to be a top seller. I'm still not ruling out NFC, although a lot of industry experts have said no to it.

Its just an obvious technology to include now they are pushing this passbook system.
