Hey, I bought a nano about three days ago and today itunes won't recognize it. I've jumped through all the hoops apple told me to, but nothing is working.


There's supposed to be a new ipod release on Sept. 5th so I'm thinking of just returning it and rebuying an ipod then.


That leads me to anyone's experience with returns. On the apple return policy it says...

Sooo, I guess I'm looking for help on how to return this thing. Any and all advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
