New iTunes Account With New MobileMe - Problem

Hey

I just setup a new MobileMe account, I'm really liking the service... so I decided to setup an iTunes Account.

During the setup, it say that my AppleID "couldn't be found or your password was incorrect"

Well, i know my AppleID - i just created it and it working with Mail and my iPod.. and my password was reset by Apple, so I know it.... so what gives?

Do I have to wait sometime before its added? - When I say new I mean it was set up 10min ago.
