New MBP 13" i5 good enough for Photoshop & FCP?

Hello Forum,
a relativ recently asked me to help her decide between the new 13" & 15" MBP

She will be doing mostly basic stuff for a start, but will she be able to use more resourceful Progs like the Adobe suit without issues down the road (as it doesn't have a "true" GraphicCard?)

If her income is not dependent on the computer, i.e. Photoshop or FCE is not work related, then 13" MBP is more than adequate for her. Those apps don't really use the GPU and Intel HD 3000 should be fine. If it will be her work computer, then spending a bit more now might be worth it as; faster computer = less waiting = more productivity = more money.

Previous to changing to an i7, I had a 2008 Black MacBook. On this I had all the Adobe CS5 apps and had no problems at all so either should be fine.
