next iPhone on sale unlocked in UK when?

When the next iPhone is released i was wondering when people reckon it will be available to buy online at apple uk store factory unlocked? Will it be in the presale? From release day or weeks later?

if apple go 12 months again it'll be the first Friday in October. There was no reservations last year but you could order online for delivery on the release date which was the 4th. Factory unlocked was the standard option from apple.

They were available instore on the day of release and you were able to pre-order a week before they went on sale.

ok i wasn't trying to be stupid with this question i was actually asking if they'll be sold unlocked from apple store on day based on previous sales...you don't need a crystal ball to look into the past and make an assumption based on precedent....
