iPod No Artwork on iPod

Right behind you
I see all of my album artwork on iTunes, and i've got show album artwork checked for my iPod, but some of the songs on my iPod don't have any artwork.:confused:

I've seen this problem everywhere, but no one has any answers. Help please!
