No data on AT&T on new iPhone?

    My new phone has no data. I can't use 3G/4G/anyG. Wifi in the house is fine. Husband has same problem. And yes cellular data is turned on.

    Never a problem before.

    Is this an AT&T problem or an Apple problem?

    Ok. I called AT&T and they did something. Apparently this is a common thing today. So just call them if you have the issue. Took maybe 5 minutes.

    Turn the phone completely off for 30-60 seconds then turn it back on. That's all there is to it.

    I just talked to customer service and they assisted me with this.

    Didn't happen to me but happened to a friend who lives a few blocks over (and is therefore likely connecting to the same AT&T tower). I suggested he turn off the phone and turn it back on again (the universal fix for everything) and his LTE came up immediately.
