Now I was expecting to see them talk about egpu at some point during wwdc. Once they actually got to the epgu part I was thinking, "Good, they are about to talk about final cut integration with egpu", but they never did. They literally showed the performance improvements with DaVinci Resolve with graphs and everything. LIke I know they talk about the performance of other apps with many of their improvements with like metal and all but like I still can't believe they haven't brought egpu to final cut pro x. They may come out with like 10.5 in the fall when it come out but I wish they would have at least stated that it was going to happen. But who knows if they will do it cause it could make older macs more powerful (even though its supposed to work on thunderbolt 3, there are unofficial kexts that make it work on thunderbolt 1 and 2) But anyway, what do you guys think?

We almost just had an update to Final Cut - you'll have to wait for the next one to see more eGPU support - but don't worry I'm sure it'll come
