No longer get any notifications? And Today View gone

I am having two problems with my iPhone X.

1. I just bought an iPad Pro 2021. Ever since I set it up and installed my apps, all of my notifications go to the iPad, and not my iPhone. For example, all Facebook Messenger, Gmail, etc. notifications (which used to just go to my phone), now show up on the iPad, and not my iPhone. I have checked my iPhone settings, and Notifications are on, so I have no clue why this is happening. Any ideas? Restarting the phone hasn't helped.

2. The Today view on my iPhone (where you swipe right from the home screen) suddenly appears blank. I can't even remember what used to be there besides the News (I just left it with the default setup), but any idea why it just erased itself? I tried adding the Weather and News widgets, but it looks different overall.

I am still dealing with this if anyone has ANY ideas. As an example, I just had an Uber Eats delivery without any notifications whatsoever during the process. I used to get multiple updates on my order, and certainly one once the food was delivered.

I wondered if "Ask App Not to Track" is somehow disabling Notifications, even if notifications appear enabled in Settings.

i'm having a notification problem after 14.6 too. can't figure out what is causing it...

Same here. My iPhone became unusable as a communication device (WhatsApp stopped sending notifications at random, other apps completely stopped sending notifications). I reinstalled on sunday but the issue has returned full force.

Same issue, first had the notifications stop working entirely from all apps on my 12 Pro Max and that meant no watch notifications as well, but my iPad was receiving them all just fine.

I did do a reset all settings only and that fixed notifications for 3 weeks even on 14.6 but it happened again yesterday, did a settings reset again without wiping any data and once again it fixed it but its now broken again in less than 24hrs.

This is a serious bug.

Having the same issue with my phone 12 Pro Max after 14.6. Not getting notifications most of the time. Have to manually open apps like Whatsapp, Gmail and Skype to see if there’s any new message or email. Causing a lot of issues especially for work.

Wow, I'm glad it's not just me at least! But hopefully Apple fixes this QUICK. It's super annoying.

I have the same problem! But I’m on 14.4.2 still, so I’m not sure it’s the same problem. I don’t get notifications from WhatsApp, at random I get gmail notifications (I opened my app an hour ago and saw 10 emails, but no ‘red dot’ on app icon or other notifications), google agenda is giving no notifications etc. They’re also not visible in the notification centre.

Update: after struggling with it for 2-3 weeks I decided to uninstall the affected apps (mostly WhatsApp, Skype and Gmail) and then reinstall them. And it did the trick for me, finally 🥳😄😅
