iPod touch No Sync on iPod Touch

Hi All

I have a problem with our iPod Touch. I have all my music on it and I want to transfer it onto my Mac Pro. Though when i try to do this I am told that it will erase the iPod and transfer the empty Mac Music folder onto the iPod.

Does anybody know how to get around this.

I use SharePod on Windows which is of no help to you but there are a number of free mac utilities you can try, YamiPod, expod, PodWorks.
