No third party app notifications for the last ~36hrs

I have an iPhone Xr running iOS 15.4.1 and everything has been running fine until yesterday sometime. i am no longer receiving notifications for no apple apps. iMessages, apple maps, fitness works fine. But my security cameras, gmail, etc are not delivering notifications. Same notifications received on watch. Ive restarted iphone and watch, still same problem. Settings in notifications havent been changed and I’ve confirmed the settings are correct.

any thoughts or suggestions?

Have you tried turning on/off Low Power Mode or on/off Background App Refresh?

No Focus mode is enabled?

Thanks, I dont use low power mode, I just tried turning off background app refresh, and then I turned it back on. I'll see if that works (just tested something but I didnt send a notification).

There is no setting for 'focus' enabled. I have "Do Not Disturb" enabled for night time hours, but that setting hasnt changed in several years, and the Do Not Disturb is no on currently.

Its now been more like 48hrs without third party notifications. All Apple notifications work fine.

I ended up deleting and reinstalling apps. That seems to have fixed the issue.
