It's getting ugly. He must see the writing on the wall. Losing to Al Franken, that's got to hurt. :D

I've never heard of a pol doing this but apparently Coleman has done this before....three times.

I wonder of ol' Normie is using *gasp* trial lawyers to pursue this lawsuit?

We all remember how awful Republicans have told us those trial lawyers and their frivolous lawsuits are...

Out off all people Norm is whining. It's not defamation when it's true.

If that were true Obama could have sued McCain 100 times over.

It's very hard to prove defamation in an election where both parties are public figures.

    Truth is an absolute defense.

More to the point, what does it say about a candidate who goss whining to the courts in every tough campaign? They should throw him out of office just for that. If you can't stand the heat...

I'm going to have to stand corrected on this one. I though our terribly backwards Australian defamation laws even applied to things which were true. Now it appears they just have to be proven substantially true to be adequate defense. Carry on.

    I'm off to defame someone.

Is this all coleman has left. Let's hope it give Al a bump and he beats coleman on Tuesday.

Still find it hard to believe the same people who elected Paul Wellstone went and elected this moron.

Oops. This may have just guaranteed Stuart Smalley a seat in the Senate.
