Not full Duplex? or 100Mbps

I did a dmesg I notice the following.

UniNEnet::monitorLinkStatus - Link is up at 10 Mbps - Half Duplex

For what is suppose to be a Gige Ethernet. I seem to be running at 10Mbps, I have connected to a 100Mbps hub
Anyway in changing it, or checking it out in OS X?
