I am tired of having to click "No" re: whether or not I want Notifications when I navigate to a website
I unchecked the appropriate box in Safari preferences but yet, they appear every day

Is there any other way to stop these Notification requests from appearing?

That isn’t specific enough though; websites can do all sorts of things with Javascript. Is it an actual prompt shown by Safari or is it something that the website itself might have created? The style can be an indicator.

The solution would likely be a content blocker of some sort.

This is how the “proper” ones look:

That's a 3rd party script that is pre-asking you to accept push notifications. If you say yes, it will then prompt you with the actual System push notification dialog.

If you say no, they can still ask you again later. This particular one looks to be https://onesignal.com

We use them here at MacRumors too. https://www.macrumors.com/push/
