I really wish to see notifications from locked apps.
Even I watch my iPhone, and unlocked, I can’t read the notifications without getting the app in.
It would be cool if there is an option that enables the notifications.

Not sure I understand the question. What is a locked app ? One which requires Face/Touch ID to be run ?

What's the point of a "locked/hidden" app if it still shows notifications?
I could imagine, in something like a messaging app, that you'd want to know you have a message. Otherwise you'd need to open the app periodically, just in case you've received something.

I envisage that a locked app would simply report "Notification" with no details, like when you get a notification if the whole phone is locked.
