Face the facts, liberal America. Obama is a Keynesian, and the records prove it. I can't believe we elected a Keynesian President of the United States. Absolutely ridiculous... but thankfully we'll be making a change to congress tomorrow to finally stand up to this man.

LOL! That was funny. Proof that both sides can play the "make people look stupid" game.

Thank goodness we can finally get back to those sound policies of the last time Republicans held the House.

Now I don't doubt there are stupid people everywhere, from every country, from every race and religion, because there are... but why does every web clip showing stupidly come from the states? I'm starting to feel kind of bad for laughing :(

OK, let's see- how many people was that? Not a whole lot. Now let's go count the amount of people on the other side who think Obama is Kenyan. Sorry, you all got the "librools" beat on teh Stupid.

I'm not surprised that a lot of people don't know the economic term, "Keynsian". It's not as if Tea Partiers don't misspell words on their signs constantly either. I fail to see the point of this other than a good laugh.

Poor Lee can't handle the tiniest bit of humor pointed in his direction. Sheesh.
Anyway, only the true economics nerds will get a laugh out of this one... Hayek and Keynes battle again...

I think his belief in the Keynesian cross is the most disturbing part.

I'm pretty sure Obama wouldn't deny he believes in Keynesian economics. Only, he probably just knows it as economics-like everyone else.

Austrian economics is just a footnote. A little blurb at the beginning of an economic textbook when they dedicate a little paragraph to a few of the other schools.

    That's pretty funny.

To be fair, Kenyan and Keynsian are very close words in pronunciation, as the last women says, "I thought you said Kenyan."

Reinstate the Gold Standard. Or at least end fractional/reserve banking.

I can point fivepoint to even more humorous (or sad) videos aimed in his direction- far more. And from what people quoted from your OP, you weren't doing it for humor's sake.

I'd love to know what the joke is, but I can't watch Youtube at work. I get the feeling that I'd at least have something to say about it.

BTW if you're looking for "Keynsia" try looking around Cambridge, UK that's where Lord Keynes was born. ;)

 :p Hahaha... OMG. :D

It's a few guys with a camera and a microphone at the 'Rally to Restore Sanity' who had a sign that said 'Obama = Keynesian?'. People got pissed and confronted them, then continued to make a fool out of themselves for not knowing the difference between Keynesian and Kenyan. The guy with the microphone played it up pretty well.

Oh kind of like their petition to end womens suffrage, playing off of the difference between suffering ~ suffrage. Meh, only mildly amusing; just more circus for the grand theatre of folly that is the US political system.
