Was the same with Bush Jr. Fact is, the benefits we get from selling weapon and training Saudi officers and whatnot outweigh any retribution families may get from Saudi Arabia. Money speaks, unfortunately. Keeping things well lubricated helps all the defense industry companies, and those companies have thousands of employees who may end up without a job if Saudi Arabia stops being chummy with us, the US. It's a twisted life, but it is what it is.

The benefit here is that in 20 or 30 years, their oil may be out or prove too costly to take from the ground and they'll be back to fighting each other like the tribes-people they were and always will be. You can dress up a pig with lipstick and clothes but it's still swine at the end of the day.

Prove the attackers were actually state-sponsored and not rogues like how excommunicated/banished-in-1992 Osama Bin Laden was. Big difference.

Also, and you're going to love this one, does this bill have a provision that blames America for the act of rogues? Do you want to pay for someone else's mistake? Don't you always say how taxpayers foot the bill when a student loan goes into default*?

    * regardless of reason, people aren't going to think them all but prefer their pre-made beliefs otherwise I would go into a tangent.

Hillary supports it, so maybe there's good reason I don't yet understand (not just enabling reckless vigilantism):

Does Trump? As if that matters, I bet Pence is for it and I bet Trump, if elected, would get impeached fairly quickly...

    Oh look, he could: http://lawnewz.com/high-profile/law...-to-impeach-donald-trump-if-he-beats-hillary/

Money is not speech unless it is a choice to make a false equivalency.

Still, if the US is sued maybe Halliburton and all its no-bid contracts will pony up instead?
