    Hey guys,

some time ago I watched a video from the White House ("The West Wing Week is your guide to all things 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.") and it appears that Pres. Obama is using an iPhone 6 (privately) on his trip to Alaska in 2015.
Great to see him using the best smartphone on the planet ;)

Here you can watch the video (iPhone on on second 11):

Pretty good pics from an airplane... he probably can't use any other phone because it will needs to be approved by the secret services. Even if he ones to use Android phones, he can't.

POTUS knows which phones can be hacked, and which can't.

From 2008 to 2016, and these articles barely scratch the surface:

Anyone in "tech" knows no platform is 100% secure. Sheesh, even CxOs of tech companies can bring in malware without realizing it. The POTUS is a human being, not a magical superhero. Believing the iPhone is bulletproof to any form of malware is engaging in "hubris" in "magical thinking" (see "DSM-V" for more...)

To the OP, I wonder why he got rid of the BlackBerry, which - while not perfect - was the most secure platform of choice. This might shed some light:

How ironic, Obama has an Obamaphone subsidized by the taxpayers.

Please, did you even read these links? 30 seconds in Google is not research.

These, and many many other "articles" are clickbait that always have the buried caveat of referring to jailbreaking. None of them highlights a specific actual threat, unless you count someone secretly taking a mold of your thumb print (while you sleep??) in dental clay.

Is that the same iPhone that Nancy Pelosi said Apple didn't invent?

iPhones are generally considered the best smartphones.

I am not surprised Barry uses one as his private phone.

Not sure why this is even in PRSI.

The NSA accredits the phones POTUS uses and said accreditation doesn't come without significant modding.

He doesn't have a clue. A secure iPhone is a fantasy.

If it's such a 'fantasy', why was the govt publicly feuding with Apple to unlock one?
