Just what the Middle East needs: more mercenaries to prop up their miserable fiefdoms.

This sounds like another one of America's dictators/m(b)illionaires that we propped up and helped for years, that in-turn is now pissed off and training an army that could conflict with our own.

Absolutely no good comes from mercenaries/private armies. They're dangerous, reckless and have the ability to overthrow countries without proper militaries, like the UAE.

I'd bet that within 5-10 years, our country's military will be going after this guy, Prince, and he'll be lumped in with world terror organizations. Either that or we have to invade the UAE to "secure their oil" from this private army.

Another case of prop 'em up, then tear 'em down; brought to you by the good old USA. When will we learn?

Oh come on now! It's just the free market at work. What could go possibly wrong??

    • Could be used against our interests.
    • Could do something to piss off other countries who'll turn around and blame the United States.
    • Could get captured by a foreign enemy, which would make them not POWs but US citizens held for ransom.
Oh. I guess a lot could go wrong.

Or Columbians in this case. This is simply the US offshoring yet more of it's workload. I expect more of this around the world as the US seeks to withdraw militarily, at least overtly, for domestic political reasons. Some world policeman you turned out to be. :p

What about the Columbians breading with the UAE women?

This could start a whole new race.

I've heard of stoning people to death but that takes the cake.
