How is this even constitutional? This governor is holding tax money hostage and forcing school districts to partner with religious groups AND a business to receive TAXPAYER money to help at-risk kids. Republican priorities...

will this be challenged? I get the good intentions, but I don't think it should be tied the way it is.

Welcome to Ohio, where Kasich refused a several billion dollar railway plan that would have created jobs building a high speed rail corridor connecting the 3Cs (Cincinnati - Columbus - Cleveland) as well as trains for both Amtrak and private rail companies.

All because it was Obama's plan, so all those jobs went to NY and NJ.

It is now time to join with the flying spaghetti monster.......... for the children.

In all seriousness it's a short article, but if there's any truth to it, this will be challenged.
