One hand dvorak keyboard layout

I want to begin learning the one hand (left) dvorak keyboard layout, so that I can type with my left hand and mouse with my right at the same time. Unfortunately, it's not an included layout, and I can't find one anywhere (well, at least not one for Mac). I can't figure out how to make one either, though there is some documentation. Can anyone help?

i tried dvorak for a few weeks, but programming is just too hard to do when you are still learning a new layout...i found way to many errors and constantly had to switch back to qwerty
