Ordered on 3/11 via Apple on-line; Delivered on 3/15

There is hope for those who ordered early on 3/11 as I did. My white, 32 Gb, Wifi iPad just arrived at my home today. The estimated delivery date was 3/17 but it arrived before 11am on 3/15.

For those who ordered early, there is hope.

Given the finger raised, I assume you think I am' Number 1' in your book, right?

Sorry to hear that yours has not shipped. I did not have engraving and there was not 3g. could that be the problem?

Where are you located and what time did you order on the 11th?
 
Does your tracking information say delivered? Mine has no updates since yesterday afternoon when it was in Alaska.

Also, did you tracking update at all to let you know? Was it also showing a 3/17 ship date?
 
your lucky I ordered my iPad2 64GB Wi-Fi+3G(AT&T) at 1:02am PDT on the 11, it still says

Same here. Ordered from Apple at 1:00AM on 3/11. Shipping notice said it would come by 3/17 PM. But it arrived two days plus a few hours early.

Sweet...

Nice, was there any delay with FedEx tracking # updates? I have been wondering if one of mine will arrive early since it has been in Memphis for two days now. (live in Chicago) also the other is still Anchorage. Kind of weird they haven't moved for two days.
 
Mine came today as well. 32 gb black wifi, ordered at 4am est on the 11th.

There were some delays with a couple of the status updates not posting for an hour or two past the time of scan, but most were prompt.
 
The FedEx tracking page said out for delivery very early AM, and "delivered" when I refreshed that web page a couple hours after the package arrived.
 
On Friday, March 11, 2011 at 2:46 AM PST (5:46 AM EST) I ordered a 32 MB White Wifi Ipad, no engraving. It was delivered today, Tuesday, March 15, 2011 @ 10:33 AM by Fed Ex in the Boston, MA area. I used regular free shipping by Apple.

I ordered three other items, including a smart cover, which are still in shipment.

I will tell you that the last time I checked the Ipad was in Tennessee and then the next thing you know the door bell rang.
 
New jersey, ordered at like 340 est, has been "in transit" in Alaska since yesterday.

Y'all are lucky.
 
I ordered my 32gb white wifi at 12:45am pst on 3/11, still stuck in not yet shipped status. :(

I ordered mine an hour or so after you and got mine this morning in the Boston area.

I figure I'm lucky. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this.
In fact, it looked like I was going to get some accessories I ordered first and then the ipad on Thursday but I got the ipad today and am waiting for everything else. Go figure.

Live in jersey, about 10 mins away from NYC and my iPad was shipped and it's estimated delivery is 3/17.

I ordered black/64Gb Wi-Fi+3G (AT&T) at 1:15am PST on 3/11 and now have everything (2 Covers, HDMI adapter) shipped EXCEPT for the iPad itself. Still says "not yet shipped". I'm thinking that this mini-delay has more to do with the exact model I ordered than exact time the order was placed (within a certain bracket). We have now completed the 3rd business day since my order was placed (my ship estimate was 3-5days), so I really hope that we're just about to turn the corner on this...
 
Mine went to departed ak facility at 4 pm today apparently. Based on the shipping status posted earlier in the thread, should be here tomorrow!
