Small wonder Chris Harper Mercer targeted Christians. Duh.

    From the linked article:

“The Federal Security Services (FSB) is reporting today that an American black-Islamist terror suspect, who yesterday committed an act of mass murder in the State of Oregon (United States), had been included on a list of 87,000 “known/suspected” Islamic terrorists that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) refused last month to accept from the Federation due to its not being “politically viable in the present atmosphere”.”

“According to this report, the black-Islamist terrorist who committed this act of terror, Chris Harper Mercer, had previously been indentified by electronic intelligence specialists within the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) as being an Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) adherent after he had attempted to gain passage to Syria via Turkey during the first week of September, 2015.

By the Obama regime refusing to accept this terror list from the Federation, this report continues, Mercer was able to accomplish his terror act when yesterday he killed 9 people and wounded 7 others at the Umpqua Community College prior to his being shot and killed by local US police forces.”

    Let’s repeat that last sentence.

By the Obama regime refusing to accept this terror list from the Federation, this report continues, Mercer was able to accomplish his terror act when yesterday he killed 9 people and wounded 7 others at the Umpqua Community College prior to his being shot and killed by local US police forces.”

    Where’s President Obama now?

Oh, in Oregon on his much politicized anti-gun crusade - at a point in time, considering the enemy from within, when guns might be needed more than ever. And sorry - Gun-free zones are Kill zones. Sheeple waiting to be picked-off with nobody to fire back. Unless it’s the police, by which time, as this case demonstrates, it will be too late.

By the way, Oregon residents mounted a huge protest to the President arriving to speak.

Virus warning: that link got me a virus alert from Avast.

I've never heard of EU Times, so I checked it out. Some of the articles on its pages make it sound like a Russian propaganda site. Others on the internet say it's a right wing tin foil hat website. I don't know what to think, except that I'll wait to hear this story from more credible media.

FWIW, I found this in the comments. Not a mainstream site either, but it does make this story sound suspicious.

Mr. Mellish posting it makes it suspicious.

I'll wait for a major news site to cover it, but they did take an extremely long time to release the name which was suspicious, possible they did a scrub job on him.

Seriously, what is up with conservative Americans' love affair with Putin's Russia?

The Federal Security Services (FSB) is the successor organization to the good old KGB. You know, the bad guys with the torture chambers and execution cells down on Dzerzhinsky Square.

I wouldn't trust a word that came out of that sort of organization.

He's black...? What? I saw his dad being interviewed and he was white as can be, irish to be specific. He doesn't look black to me at all.

Also, he was non-religious but "spiritual". I see zero evidence to him being muslim.

Him targeting Christians isn't even confirmed btw. There was another source who was there who denied it. Let's wait for official reports.

You can say that again. You know ahead of time anything he says will be ridiculous hyperbole and sourced from right wing propaganda websites.

I find it incredibly ironic that you accuse Obama of politicizing the tragedy yet you use a BS source to paint the shooter as a black man and a muslim to further your hatred of those groups. How bigoted can you possibly be? You're just reaaally upset that the guy was a self proclaimed conservative republican according to multiple online profiles, aren't you?

    FSB?!

Pictures of the shooter are not inconsistent with his being "mixed race".

Descriptions of his various websites indicate "spiritual" but not liking "organized religion". A pretty large minority of Americans list something similar:

From the BBC News article, he may have attended a school for people with special needs because he had "behavioral issues". Which makes it strange, to me, that his mother apparently used to take him shooting. Because I think that it isn't a good idea for emotionally disturbed people to have access to firearms.

Who did a scrub job? For what reason would anybody do a scrub job on him? What the heck is a scrub job anyway?

I can't believe anyone actually fell for a piece from the EU times. One of the most racist, antisemitic, Neo-nazi, dog whistle sites on the .net. It makes breitbart look quality.

    Here is their list of "honest Jews" (it is very short) for you to repost on forums mellish;
    http://www.eutimes.net/2009/05/a-tribute-to-honest-jews/

You really should check your sources. You shouldn't be caught supporting these people with page hits.

I'm assuming it's going over someone's background in order to prevent anything "politically inconvenient" from getting out to the media. You know, like some kid going crazy, and we all find out he's a flamboyantly gay Obama supporter who works at the local Planned Parenthood clinic or something.

Though I'm thinking the real reason we're only now getting the name of the shooter was because the sheriffs office investigating the shooting initially withheld it from the public. They didn't want him getting his 15 minutes of notoriety.

I think we ought to award Fielding some sort of prize for finding the most unambiguously awful sources on the entire internet.

Think about it! Thats quite an accomplishment, when pretty much anyone with a laptop and a wifi connection can set up their own news bureau. In a world where Nigerian royalty keep e-mailing me for financial advice; and I'm just "one weird trick" away from losing both my abdominal fat AND getting the rust stains out of my tub - Fielding manages to come up with sources whose utter lack of credibility and objectivity actually disproves whatever point he's trying to make.

EU Times: Is anyone surprised to know its registered to the wife of a racist skinhead? And if thats not bad enough, it cites the goons and thugs who used to be the KGB as its primary source.

Since America's NeoConservatives think Vladimir Putin is their kind of leader - I'll just pass along this little gem of Putin's navy showing off its technological prowess in front of newly Russianized Crimeans:

Given the amount of pseudo-sexual boasting Mr Putin likes to engage in, I wonder if this isn't some sort of metaphor....

So, let me make sure I have your position clear. Within three weeks' time, less time than it takes to get professional photos processed, this Federation came into contact with this guy, added his name to a list of 87,000 names, and in that time the government should have processed this entire list and hunted this guy down. Cool story, bro.

Truer words have never been spoken. Where did this recent rash of non-serious posters come from? I'm guessing the rash of front page articles that have landed here.

Let’s make believe, for the moment, that Chris Harper Mercer did not religiously profile the victims as Christian before executing them with close range shots to the head.

Oh, wait. We really can’t make believe, can we? It is factual that is what Chris Harper Mercer did.

Recent science shows a minimum of 2 people are usually involved in making children.

How people spin the race of mixed race people to match their predispositions is interesting.

Factual according to what? A site with zero credibility?
