OS 10.2.4 - Mac Pro 6,1 issues.

Hello people,


I just installed OS Sierra 10.2.4 on my Mac Pro 6,1 but started to behave strangely now, all the applications are crashing, including the utilities within the system, I had run the Apple hardware test and it came fine with no issues, any advise please?.
