Otterboxes ruining batteries?

    Highly doubt that! Sounds to me that is something an at&t or verizon rep would say lol!

    I have an otterbox. No battery issue. Sounds like some crazy conspiracy theory. :rolleyes:

    I doubt it - I have Mophie juice packs for my 4S and my kid's 3GS - there both thick and must have an insulating effect. The internal batteries on both phones are still going strong (actually - I wonder if the battery's' efficiency climbs with temperature). Also, putting a phone in a jean pocket not only insulates the phone but heats it toward body temperature.
