ok, well i'm assuming most of you are familiar with ourtunes... a program which allows you to download music form a shared library over a LAN....

very VERY usuful tool

HOWEVER... unfortunatly ourtunes doesn't work any more (ever since the release of iTunes 7) ........ does anyone have any news of a program that has beat the iTunes 7 code and allows users to download music from a shared library? i used to use ourtunes to copy music from my desktop to my laptop ALL the time... its killing me not having it!!

any input would be appreciated..

oh also... can anyone help me on this?

Let's assume the OP owns the different computers on the LAN and the music on them.

Back to the question, I haven't seen a new version either.

lol yeah but seriously i only used it between my own librarys... but yes, to answer your question, it could be used to breach copyright, but that doesn't make it anyless annoying!

so assuming for personal use...

does anyone know a new program!!?

cheers ppl

If both your computers are linked to the same network why not just drag the mp3 file accross and the add it to your laptop's iTunes library that way?

not as fun or easy...
lol i was just wondering if anyone knew of a program... obviously not
