iPod touch Outlook express problem

I was adding my contacts to outlook express. I plugged in my ipod touch for syncing. In Itunes i clicked on info then sync but none of the contacts that i added to outlook express is adding. It worked once but now its not adding any more. is there a way i can fix it.
