THIS IS NOT A JOKE OR HOAX

Diddy and Rodney King destroyed the WTC; a lawsuit was allowed to be filed which is suing for $900 billion for child support and $100 billion to supplement the income lost. Why do we let this **** go to trial? I mean, seriously?!?! Does this happen in countries other than the US?

    http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/diddy-sued-1-trillion-blamed-94101

In a rambling lawsuit, a woman also seeks a temporary restraining order against the mogul (real name: Sean Combs), which a judge denied -- but set a hearing for Jan. 31.

A woman has filed a $1 trillion lawsuit against Diddy (real name: Sean Combs), alleging that he caused 9/11, put her child in the hospital and stole a poker chip worth "100 zillions of dollars."

Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks is seeking a restraining order against the mogul, which a judge denied, but set a hearing for Jan. 31.

Turks believes Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter (the mother of their twins) and LAPD brutality victim Rodney King were behind the collapse of the World Trade Center towers, according to court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com.

"[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC and then they all came and knocked my children down. Set me up to be on disability and disabled my baby. he put my baby in a wheelchair," Turks writes in her papers.

Turks claims she once dated Diddy, and they have a son together, Cornelius Wilson, 23.

She also says: “Plus I won a lot of money at the casino in Mississippi and Sean P. Diddy Combs has my chip to my money. I heard he gave it to Gwen Allen to hold but she can not cash it in. I want my chip please help me. it's well worth over 100 zillions of dollars, and my hospital keys. They put me and my baby in the hospital and broke my baby 2 legs and sexual assaulted my children and crushed us."

She's asking for $900 billion dollars in child support, and $100 billion dollars for "loss of income."

Few other sources for the suing

This obviously isn't going to go beyond the preliminary hearing. It may be inane, insane, and incredible, but we have to give every person at least one chance to make their most basic case before a judge. If we don't, we deny equal use of the courts.

Let's worry about things when lawsuits like this actually go before a jury. Until then, let's treat this like it is: a case of sensationalistic journalism.

"The Hollywood Reporter" is probably not as credible as the "National Enquirer"

Oh, I'm not saying I don't believe it. I'm saying I hope she's not getting financially abused by some lawyer trying to make a quick buck.

Oh I gotcha. I looked back at my first source and found it was not credible. I am sure some lawyer will jump into this and I am sure this is a nightmare for Sean Combs and his staff.

those lawsuits only pave the way for getting legislation which prevents lawyers from getting percentages on damage claims ...

I believe "skeezy" (sic) to be extraneous in the sentence to follow.

Just as valid as Bush planned 9/11 or Obama is not a US citizen...
    In other words, bunk.

As far as I have ever been told, lawyers will generally refuse to take a case they know to be frivolous or unwinnable. At the very least, doing so, particularly on behalf of a person found to be mentally incompetent, could result in a malpractice suit and disbarment.

Most will even advise a prospective client to let it go if they know the amount of money at stake will be less than the cost of legal services to recover it. Evil or not, they want to get paid. Only an idiot would not account for the risk of loss and the client's ability to pay his legal bills.

Oh, man...this would be hilarious were it not for the fact that this woman is obviously eleven doughnuts shy of a dozen.

I didn't read every link, but I didn't see any mention of an attorney. It's possible she filed the complaint herself. It certainly looks that way.

Good luck to her. I have a feeling the only thing that's gonna come out of Monday's hearing is a court-ordered psyc exam.
