    Palin in Prison has a nice ring to it.

    * Abused power
    * Pursued a personal agenda
    * Violated ethics

    As a proud Republican I can say that she just increased her credentials immeasurably. Go Sarah go!

    She's not in Tricky Dicky's league but she has only been doing this for 5 weeks. Give her some time and she'll be up there with him.

    No doubt they'll keep up the "it's a partisan attack" line for the next 3 1/2 weeks

    Some may even describe this as her "Maverick-ness" shining through.

    a terrorist attack on US soil but I think that's a thread in its self.

    Palin is seen as such a joke that this report isn't really going to change anything.

    Sarah Palin doesn't even exist. She's an elaborate hoax set up by the USA. It's the only explanation.

    Why would a terrorist attack win it for McCain. I'd much sooner have Obama chasing the culprits than McCain attacking any country he wants in the name of freedom.

    Surely the scare tactics wouldn't work twice!

    Not surprising in the least... time for some Obama adverts about this i think.

    I bet McCain wishes he'd vetted her more now!

    Well, power abuse is just her style, ain't it?

    She is what supporters would call "feisty", "strong willed" and "mavericky" and what detractors would call "a narcissistic psychopath". She runs everything like a dictator would.

    As mayor and governor she's been firing and hiring people left and right in the most blatantly nepotistic way.

    In debates and interviews she refuses to answer to questions because it's HER time and SHE wants to use it to talk about whatever SHE wants. She said the reason that she was stumped by Couric's questions is that Couric was asking the "wrong" questions, not the questions that the American people wanted to hear.

    She also mumbled something about taking control of the Senate (technically the VP is the president of the Senate, but the convention is to not interfere -- she has no plans of following that convention).

    oh please....they ALL do this. Even the Messiah, the chosen one, Mr Obama...

    The only difference is there was an investigation in her case and she got caught doing something...

    Also, look at the facts...the "trooper" in this case sounds like he deserves to have gotten fired...

    Can you post a link to the report on Obama? I haven't seen it.

    Besides, Palin is trying to pretend she's different from all those Washington fat cats and lobbyists. Obviously, she's not.

    Ok, first, calling Obama "Messiah" is the fastest way to lose any respect for your opinion.

    Second, I would suggest a course in ethics. Haven't you ever heard of the saying "two wrongs don't make a right?"

    Third, if you are going to accuse others of doing it, citing sources would be the right thing to do.

    If that's true she shouldn't be claiming she's clean. But that's what she's saying.

    Firstly, this sort of comment makes you look very sad and desperate, which in turn loses you any sort of respect that you might have been clinging on to. Secondly, do you have any proof to back up your allegation?

    Lol, I was watching a story on the news about this right when I saw this thread.

    Not much of a surprise.
    McCain already f***ed himself over the moment he picked her.
    He doesn't like Obama because he "has very little experience" but then he went and picked Sarah Palin, someone who has way less experience than Obama.
    She's the govenor (I forgot how to spell) of Alaska for Petes sake, ALASKA.

    /End rant.

    No- it wouldn't. Because then the ONLY thing the Republicans have claimed to accomplish would be gone. A terrorist attack would be very detrimental to McCain's campaign right now. People would vote even more against a Republican.

    Why are McCain/Palin supporters always looking for excuses?
    -'It's all about gotchya journalism'
    -'The Obama campaign receives more media attention'
