Parallels? (imagae url.dll corrupt)

Pretty sure i downloaded a trojan horse, and my anti virus didn't pick it up or something.. what do u recommend i do.. do i need to reinstall parallels?

I would do a full reinstall, no matter what you do, you'll never be able to completely trust your system once it's been compromised.
