Hillary Clinton's support for the 2009 military coup in Honduras has become one of the most surprising foreign policy issues in the US presidential campaign. A conference in Paris has discussed her role as well as Washington’s quote-warmongering policies around the world.

You get what you vote for.

Also, it's boldly (she's many things, but she's not bald).

    It's an incredibly important conversation.

For one, the current administration is in violation of US law (not even international on this one part of the topic) by still providing support (militarily and financially) for Honduras after a coup...which they got around by not calling it a coup.

Don't think liberal media has covered much of Honduras and Clinton's involvement, I did see some Honduras protesters at Clinton rallys briefly in the news like a fast blip..

DN! is on the road for the next year? Their sound sucks. It's virtually unlistenable. Hope they fix it.

Yeah. The New York Times and the LA Times haven't published much on HRC's role in the Honduran coup. Both the Guardian and the Nation have published pieces specifically linking the murder of Berta Cácares with the Honduran coup.

What? Are they? I know they're on the road for the next week or two, but a year? Just so you know I just listen to the podcast daily, I really have no idea what's going on there institutionally.

Somebody said that. Looks like it's a 100-city tour. I doubt that takes a year, but could be months. Anyway, hope they get their sound engineer on board.
