I ordered a combo drive upgrade for my October 2001 PBG4 667 at the Palo Alto Apple Store on 1/28 and was told the drives would arrive in 7-10 days. After about two weeks I called them to make sure my order hadn't been lost. It hadn't, but they hadn't received any drives. As of today it's been a whole month and no word.
Is this issue localized to Palo Alto, or is it everywhere? Has anyone actually received the upgrade?
