iPod touch pdf edit save app?...can't remember name

A while back someone posted about an app for editing and saving changes to pdf's. You could freehand draw in the pdf (make notes, circle things...), save, and transfer back to your computer.

Does anyone remember this and know the name? I have been searching through here and google and can't find any reference.
