no tracking number under reference i tried both but still preparing for shipping
 
On Apple site it's PFS. I checked FedEx with my reference number and label has been created and it's in Rialto, CA US with shipping date 10/29 but estimated delivery date 11/2. There's hope it'll be deliver tomorrow...maybe. Rialto, CA US is 6 hours away from me.
 
same here...will swing by apple store tomorrow night and if they have one, snag it and return the shipped one when it arrives.

Is your reference number your telephone #?
 
got mine now. Says it will ship on the 29th from Tennessee and deliver on saturday the 31st to Houston. I had free shipping.

Got an email from Apple saying I'll have it tomorrow. But it's being delivered by OnTrac so my hopes aren't high. And the online order details still say next week

So people are getting it via different shipping carriers?
 
I had the free shipping, devliery Nov 2-4

But I checked this morning, and it's showing up as on truck delivery today! woo
 
Still PFS, which it has said since Wednesday... I ordered about an hour after preorders went live. Now once again people can walk into a store and get theirs before I get mine. This is something Apple should fix.
 
I ordered Wednesday evening and got a tracking number yesterday saying my original delivery date had changed from Nov 2–4 to Oct 30.
 
My order is on a local delivery truck, headed for my home. It is expected to arrive before noon if not sooner, possibly as early as ~15 minutes from now :)

They should of told us when It will be at stores or have in store pick up
 
My Apple Tv is being shipped from OnTrac from Ontario California to Los Angeles, anytime I order small things from Apple thats usually how they are delivered, I have one at the Cerritos store waiting for pick up so I might go down there during lunch to pick it up. The pick the latest build date and return the one that was built first.
 
I got the shipment email from Apple about 10 minutes ago. Says expected delivery on 11/3.

However, I found it on Fedex's website using my phone # as the reference and it says scheduled delivery of 10/31. But, it's still in the "label created" phase in Mount Juliet and hasn't budged in almost 24 hours.

Same here and OnTrac is still not showing out for delivery, so I m not optimistic. Maybe it is on the truck and they just have not updated their tracking yet (I hope).

The thing that I don't like about OnTrac is that they just leave it at the front door without even making an attempt to check if someone is home. There are times when they show up at 7:00AM and times almost at 8-9PM
