iPhone 11 Phone continues to vibrate after picking up a call + no audio even after call timer starts

This seems to happen for almost 70% of incoming calls, the phone continues to vibrate after picking up a call and there’s no audio even after call timer starts.

Tried restarting the phone but didn’t work. Whenever I plug it into the Mac, there’s a prompt for network settings update.

Backup the phone and do a full factory restore. Sounds like a software glitch.
