I downloaded this tonight before seeing this thread. I thought it was always no charge. I stand corrected.

I just downloaded it. Still figuring it out. Where do I find out if I have MLC or TLC for the flash memory type?

I think you do a test in Storage. Then it tells you the Read and Write speeds. Don't know which speeds represent what though.

I got 58 write and 328 read. From what I've Googled, my 64GB 6 Plus is an MLC. I got it shortly after launch, so that makes me ecstatic! :)

Nice, have you had any strange reboots/apple crash logo experiences?

I have a 128gb, looks like TLC, write and read in 300s. Don't have any issues.

    I've got a 6+ (from 2 weeks ago) --- showing 199MB/Sec Write and 394MB/sec read.

    Edit:
How do you determine MLC vs TLC? --- http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1820173 --- looks like the parent post explains this.

Based on that, it's TLC. I have it too. 64 or 128?

And fear not, this is really for curiosity purposes.

What build week is your phone? I'm wondering if apple still ships with TLC. Probably.

My write speed was 279, so I assume I have TLC.

Interesting, my 64GB 6 Plus' "Memory - maximum total" is 2GB...

And manufactured week 52 in F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn). Is this a bogus site that just stole my serial #?

It's an error. You for sure have 1gb.

    TLC or MLC?

I don't think so - my first iPhone was a 4s and I remember sites like this back then. Very interesting at the 2GB of ram. I believe iPhones only have 1GB of operating ram ---- maybe you got a special one? :) haha.

I wish I had 2gb ram but I get discoveryd, awdd, stacks, and latest crash error messages. Here's my screenshot.
