Photos.app pictures all blurry?

All of the sudden, pictures I've taken aren't showing up in the Photos.app (instead there are gray boxes) or are showing up very distorted. If I email or sync the photos to my Mac, they are fine. They also look fine in Photostream on my Mac. Photostream and Camera roll are jacked up!!! Anybody else have this issue?

Try this because this always happens to me.

Yes. This just started recently. Just tried a restore and no dice, though I did restore from backup.

Now if I tap one of the gray boxes, I get a large gray box. I tap "edit" and the picture shows up.
