For some reason when I try to open a photo in Photoshop Elements 6.0 I can't get it to work with Leopard's Photo Browser. I click on the Photos link at the bottom of the finder window and my iPhoto pictures show up in the window but when I click on one the blue box does not appear and the Open button stays grayed out. Also if I scroll all the way to the bottom (to my most recent photos) and click on a thumbnail there it instantly jumps back to the very top.
I have tried this in other apps, like Mail and Preview, and it works fine. I checked for available updates in OS X and in PSE and I have the latest of everything.
Any suggestions? I'm using a white MacBook, 2.0 Ghz with 2GB RAM. I just upgraded the hard drive in it so I'm running a fresh install of Leopard. I used Migration Assistant to transfer everything from my Time Machine backup.
Also, I have iLife '09 installed.
I don't remember this happening before.
