Plex video plug-ins not working

Hello, I downloaded plex the other night and downloaded some video plug-ins and I am located in the UK. The BBC iplayer and the 4oD one won't work either. All I get is just like fuzzy lines towards the bottom of the screen that are static.

Any help would be apprecieated.
