I love political cartoons. They are often a biting commentary on the subjects of the day and I love their method of getting their point across. No-one is safe from the pens and in of the political artist, nor should they be!

One of the very best (and timeless and brilliant - more than half a century later, it is still brilliant and relevant and insightful and savagely funny - and - as with the very best of cartoons - utterly true) cartoons ever is David Low's stunning cartoon on the Nazi-Soviet Pact of late August 1939.

I agree, political cartoons and memes really get a point across that words sometimes can't achieve.

Even though I support Trump, I found this one rather funny. It would be hilarious if trick or treaters actually did this for Halloween. BEST Halloween coverage ever!

The best contemporary British "cartoonist", Martin Rowson on UK foreign policy and Saudi Arabia – savage genius. (Any questions from across the Atlantic? Just ask.)

    And while I'm at it:

Martin Bell and DJT's special relationship with MBS.

The Gabrielle d'Estrées reference is spot on.

Here's a more readable copy of the stalin hitler cartoon

    and here's the Dreyfus cartoon.

Readable captions are so very useful.

Not a cartoon, (this one goes under "the like") but a quote worth learning.

This seems like a missed opportunity to have Trump in the background saying something like "See, I told you there were Middle-Easterners in the caravan."
