polysoft macstudio SSD upgrades

Has anyone received any kind of response from them? On Sept 17, I paid for an 8TB M4 Mac Studio upgrade kit. The order page said backorder. Then on the same day, I received an email with order confirmation, and payment accepted.

On Oct 5, I received an email that said they had product available.

On 9/21, 9/28, 10/6, 10/17, I left messages on the order form asking for an update.

Up till today, I have received *ZERO* communications from Polysoft, apart from the original set of emails confirming payment and order.

Has anyone else received anything from them?

Upgrading Mac Studio storage

Hi, just tested yesterday an upgrade of a plain basic MacStudio M1 Max (2022) from 512GB to 4TB. and it works : take off the 512 GB NAND insert in the right order the two 2TB NANDs inside the slots restaure the MacStudio bridgeOS with another Mac and AppleConfigurator et voilà ...

That's common with Polysoft - No Communication. They lack good customer service.

I think overall, people are looking to cancel their orders, and/or contact their credit card companies to get their money back - the lack of communication has been a sore spot for many people
