iPod Possible to connect iPod to iPhone?

Does apple make a dock to dock connector and can I connect the two for more iphone storage?

Not possible. One end has to act as a controller. This is your computer. The iPhone is not a controller in this sense so even if such a cable existed this wouldn't work without a significant upgrade to the iPhone software.
