I'm a current .Mac subscriber, and saw the new Family Pack offering for $180 that looks interesting. However, I don't see any option to upgrade my single-user account to the Family Pack. Is this possible? If so, do they pro-rate the cost based on the time remaining on the single-user account?

The Good News:

Yes, you can upgrade to a family pack


The Bad News:

You can only do it when it is time to do your annual renewal.


Why? Who the hell knows. This is not one of Apple's smarter moves...
