iPod touch Post-Jailbreak iPod Touch Restore? Will it be possible?

I'm really excited about the Jailbreak for the iPod touch. Sadly, Apple's acceptable anti-hack stance will probably cancel out the jailbreak by the next update. After jailbreaking the iPod Touch how easy will it be to restore to factory settings in order to update?
