Post your Earth Day Achievement Badge here along with the 30 minute outdoor Activity you did to earn it.

I didn't get access to that badge yet. When does it begin?

Don't get smart with me, Einstein. ;)

I was asking when the badge activity started. Like you have between now and the end of Earth Day to finish an outdoor activity.

Is there a description on how to get the badge and stickers anywhere?

I think it is ONLY on Saturday. So you must do it sometime Saturday to count. It only needs to be 30 minutes or longer and an Outdoor Activity (I think that is the only requirements) and can be Run, Walk, Cycle or Swim (S2).

Haven't turned up on my watch yet but will do a walk or run on Saturday. I got the thanksgiving badge a week or two after I did it even though we don't do thanksgiving over here. I guess this is more of a worldwide event.

I lost my Thanksgiving badge in the last update - but I got it back again after changing a few settings on the AW app on the iPhone. I got my badge while in Scotland - not USA.

My Earth Day Challenge has appeared in Achievements this morning.

I'm in the UK too - what did you change to get it back?

Technically they shouldn't have it since Thanksgiving is only an *US holiday. ;) It's probably nothing nefarious on Apple's part just that when upgrading in their country the Badge not being "recognized".

My felling is that Apple probably didn't completely think it through and likely won't offer US only Badges anymore. Hope I'm wrong and would like to see something on the 4th July.

EDIT: *Sorry Canada I know you have one too but on a different date I believe.

You're right, I should have gone into may activity app and see what I had. I still see the turkey there, so I retract my comment :)

    Try this:

On your AW app on the iPhone - General - Language & Region - Region Format - change from where you are (UK) to USA - then power off the AW. Power back on and check if the Achievement is back, if it is then you can change the Region Format back to the UK. This worked for me when I lost my Achievement after the last update. Best o' luck:):).

If they (Apple) ever have a USA (only) Achievement Badge again, just change the settings on your AW App as explained above. :):). It's just a change of setting.

I don't have to 'steal' Apple's US badges since I live in Atlanta. :D I heard that because of people like you Apple had to go out and buy and manufacture more Badges to make up for the missing stolen ones.:D

I assume everyone got there :apple:Watch notification today showing what the completed Badge looks like. I'm heading OoT and won't have much or spotty service. Will be looking to see what people did and will post Sunday afternoon when I return.

I shall be heading out for a brisk, yet relaxed, 30 minute walk tomorrow afternoon. It's the weekend. ;)

Got mine as well - getting ready for an upcoming marathon and tomorrow is a big training session with a 30 km run so this should be well deserved
