    I has a MacBook. :D

    - 1GB RAM
    - 80GB HDD
    - 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (Late 2007 'Santa Rosa' model)
    - Mac OS 10.5.7

Boot Up time- 42 Seconds (last time it was 1 minute 2 seconds, and before that it was 38 seconds; the boot up time alternates.)
    iChat- 5.8 seconds
iMovie HD- 1 second (came up with create a new project, open a new project etc)
    GarageBand- 9.2 seconds
    Quicktime- 1.9 seconds
    iTunes- 5.1 seconds
iPhoto- 14 seconds (maybe that's because I've got over 2800 photos)
    Aperture- 3.2 seconds
    Mail- 1.8 seconds

Safari and Microsoft Messenger were already open, so I didn't time them. Overall, I'm pretty impressed with my MacBook's start up times.
