I'm looking to get a new PowerBook, but first need to sell my tower. The specs are as follows:

    G4 733 MHz Processor
    768MB Ram
    CD/RW Drive
    GeForce 2MX 32MB Graphics
    Zip250 Internal
    40GB Hard Drive

All original documentation & cds included
2 Years left on AppleCare (thru August 28, 2004)

Same specs on Apple Education site: ~$1800.00 USD

I'm asking $1600 obo. You can contact me at: longj310@mac.com

    Thank you- Jon

Don't get your hopes up too much on this.

Considering how you can get a brand new 800MHz QS02 model for $1600 (retail not education store). I know you can get an additional 512MB of memory for the new model for $85 (if not less), which would put the total investment in a new, faster system at under $1700. You would either need to offer something else along with just the computer, and standard software that everyone gets, to get what you are asking for it.

Oh, and you have ~11 months to get the Applecare plan for any new system (from when you purchase it).

I agree seems a little overprice for a 733mhz system. 800 mhz system goes for that price as noted. I have seen this system advertised for 1250...
